We have chosen to combine the immense strength and expertise of all of our Nurse Coaches by taking a ‘team nursing’ approach. The term ‘team nursing’ is defined in medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com as “a method of providing nursing services to (in)patients in which responsibility for planning and coordination of care is shared by members of a group”. Team nursing typically applies in hospital and long term care settings. Here, we’ve chosen to adopt a similar model.

Our vision is massive by most standards and thus, our executive board set out to find the best collective ‘hive-mind’ of Nurse Coaches we could gather to help us create the reality of our vision. And this team does not disappoint!
